MARGATE, KENT
Perfect for a family of four, or two couples, my beautiful flat is just two minutes from the Walpole Bay tidal pool. Walk to the end of the road, down the steps and you are right on this fabulous beach.
Try wild swimming year round, or use my flat as a base to discover all that Margate and Cliftonville have to offer.
Do you love walking? The Viking Coastal Trail provides miles of clifftop walking in either direction. Enjoy a cream tea at the iconic Walpole Bay Hotel on your return.
BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king size brass bed, a wicker chair and lots of cupboard space. Fantastic sea views, just mins from the beach and wild swimming. Walk 20 mins along the coast into Margate Old Town, or up to Northdown Road for eclectic shops.
LIVING AREA:
It has a huge living room with large windows on two sides, two velvet sofas, lots of cozy lighting and a large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Fantastic sea views from both windows, just mins from the beach and wild swimming.
GUEST ACCESSS
Guest access is via the shared front door and up a large internal staircase two floors. There is also a small lift but the flat is not really suitable for anyone with access issues.
BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom has twin zip n link beds with velvet head boards that can also be set up as a stylish super king bed (just ask) making it perfect for children, singles, or a couple. Fantastic sea views, just mins from the beach and wild swimming.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large freestanding fridge/freezer and washing machine. Historical building opposite, with far reaching sea views, just mins from the beach and wild swimming.
